Shipping and Delivery
WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCT?
If you live in Ontario, we invite you to order from our website. If you live outside of Ontario or in the
USA and wish to ship to someone in Ontario, please reach out to us via email or telephone. We’ll
HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?
From start to finish we want to guarantee the quality of all our products we sell. One of the ways to
ensure that is through proper packaging and shipping channels. We have selected Purolator to fulfill
all of our shipping needs. All of the products that get shipped are packaged in a Styrofoam cooler
with cold packs to help maintain a cold and consistent temperature.
WHERE CAN I SHIP MY PRODUCT TO?
Anywhere in Ontario.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders placed by Sunday, will be processed and shipped in three (3) business days. We only ship
Monday-Wednesday to avoid any delays that will cause product to sit over the weekend. It is
processed and packaged in a Styrofoam cooler with single use cold packs and picked up from
Purolator for shipping. If you place an order after Sunday, it may not be processed/shipped until the
following week.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
When placing an order, it is not necessary for someone to be there to receive it. However, if you
won’t be at the provided address to receive your shipment, it will be left at your door. We will not be
responsible for the product after the delivery has been made. You will be able to track your shipment
along with any delays, provided we have been given your email address. It is the customers
responsibility to keep up with the status of their shipment, by regularly checking their email.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping is determined by size and weight of the package and will be displayed at
checkout.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
Once the product is received, it must be refrigerated/frozen immediately.

When you purchase something from M.R. Meat Market, as part of the buying and selling process,
we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP)
address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating
system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about M.R. Meat Market,
new products and other updates.

PLATFORM & PAYMENT PROCESS
Our store is developed with WordPress & WP Easy Cart. WordPress is a Content Management
System and WP Easy Cartis the Extension that provides us with the online e-commerce
capabilities to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through TD Bank data
storage, databases and the general WordPress application. Your data is stored on a secure server
behind a firewall.
Payment: If you complete a purchase through M.R.Meat Market, then TD Bank temporarily stores
your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your
purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All
direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security
Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our
store and its service providers.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by M.R. Meat Market will only collect, use and disclose
your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible
